Hotel Review 2023 – Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel, Bali

During my recent trip to the island of Gods, I was lucky to stay at Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel, one of the latest additions of Indonesian local hotel chain, Jambuluwuk Hotels and Resorts…..

Jambuluwuk Seminyak offers a perfect getaway merely steps away from the hustle and bustle of Petitenget Street. This beautiful 5 star hotel might not look much from the outside but wows on the inside and features 120 rooms that comes with authentic Indonesian heritage touches in every little corner, creating the ultimate feel of elegance and comfort!!!

Complemented by the warmth of Indonesian hospitality and guest facilities including beautiful lush tropical gardens, two sizable swimming pools, a Kid’s Club/ room, The Clubhouse at The Rooftop, Oceano Sky Lounge, Melah Spa and Health Club, it is definitely a cosy home away from home…

I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff and promptly checked in but since my room was not yet ready, the front office staff invited me to head over to Frestro and Bar, Jambuluwuk’s chain of Mediterranean restaurants for a welcome drink… and I had a delicious mocktail named Takeshi …

Jambuluwuk Seminyak is just about 9 minutes walk from the beach as well as a few other top instagrammable beach clubs and cafes…. And about 650 yards from Petitenget Temple. The hotel has good free WiFi which is accessible throughout the property.

My cosy room at Jambuluwuk Seminyak is the 35 sqm Superior room that comes with an equally cosy little terrace or balcony of which you can enjoy a cup of tea or read a book or snuggle with a loved one with which overlooks the lush swimming pool and mini waterfall

The room comes with an attached bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as complementing facilities and amenities including LCD TV with international channels and personal safe deposit box. All rooms include bathrobes and slippers too for guests extra comfort.

I spent two lovely nights here which was definitely super comfortable and I loved their breakfast spread at the Clubhouse which came with a generous spread including some Mongolian and Balinese specialities

And on the third day, since I was checking out early for my trip to Nusa Penida, the kind people from the hotel even packed my breakfast for me to take away which consisted of some fried noodles with egg and crackers as well as a box of cut fruits!!!
