Fresh pasta is handcrafted daily, featuring favourites such as ravioli, gnocchi, pappardelle, and fusilli. Seafood lovers can indulge in beautifully executed dishes prepared using clean, refined techniques, from whole-baked fish to delicate clams and squid dishes.

Chef Simone Fraternali Brings Authentic Italian Craftsmanship to Kuala Lumpur

At the heart of NIZZA’s refreshed culinary direction is Chef Simone Fraternali, whose extensive experience in some of Italy’s most respected kitchens brings depth and authenticity to the dining experience.


Classically trained in Italy, Chef Simone honed his craft at renowned establishments including Ristorante Da Vittorio and La Tana Gourmet. His international culinary journey also includes Singapore’s acclaimed Solo Ristorante, recognised by the MICHELIN Guide and Gambero Rosso.
